To activate a search, we collect a $300 refundable launch fee, this allows us to start sourcing, vetting and introducing candidates right away.
If you hire, this amount is deducted from your total cost.

One-time Success Fee
Once your chosen candidate accepts the offer we charge a single success fee based on the role and hiring volume.
This typically falls between 20-15% of the first year salary.

6-Month Performance Promise
Every placement includes a 6-month performance promise.
If the hire isn’t working out, we’ll conduct a replacement search at NO EXTRA CHARGE.
